1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the rm1asia platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other platform operated by rm1asia — you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any of the stated terms, you must stop using the rm1asia platform immediately. Continued use after an update constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

2 Member Registration Eligibility

To register and use the rm1asia platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times of use:

• At least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• A Malaysian citizen or legal permanent resident in Malaysia.
• Not on any self-exclusion list registered by yourself or the authorities.
• Not representing any business entity, company or third party when registering.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Register only one (1) account per individual, home address, IP address, or device.

Rm1asia reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

Duplicate Account

Registration of more than one account by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If rm1asia detects the existence of duplicate accounts, all related accounts will be closed and any unprocessed balances or winnings may be forfeited without notice. rm1asia determines the final decision in such cases.

3 Deposit and Payment Methods

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit is RM 10 or equivalent amount based on payment method.

• Any deposits suspected to originate from illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4 Winnings Withdrawal

Rm1asia processes all withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for most payment methods. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawal methods must match the original deposit method for security purposes.
• The bank account or wallet name of the recipient must match the registered rm1asia account name.
• KYC process must be fully completed before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Rm1asia reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for security review purposes if required.

Third-Party Withdrawals

Withdrawals to accounts in the name of third parties are strictly prohibited regardless of reason. Such requests will be automatically rejected and the account in question may be reviewed for security and compliance.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

Rm1asia offers various types of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal players. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

Wagering Requirement

Each bonus granted to members has wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus value or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as multiples (example: 30x means the bonus value needs to be wagered 30 times).

• Wagering requirements vary by bonus type — check the specific terms of each offer.
• Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements.

Bonuses Are Non-Transferable

Prohibited Activities

• Intentional exploitation of technical errors or platform bugs.
• Any form of financial fraud including the use of stolen credit cards or payment information.

7 Account Security and Player Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your rm1asia account login credentials secure. This includes your username, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA) code if enabled.

• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of protection.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify rm1asia immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Rm1asia will not be liable for any financial loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of account information, unless there is proven negligence on rm1asia's part.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Rm1asia reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time based on the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion or evidence of financial or identity fraud.
• Abuse of bonus or promotion systems.
• Behavior that threatens or harasses other players or rm1asia staff.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.

Account Closure at Player's Request

Players may request account closure at any time through rm1asia customer support. Before closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the registered withdrawal method once all required security checks are completed.

9 Limitation of Liability

Rm1asia provides the gaming platform "as-is" and makes no warranty that the service will be available without interruption or error at all times. rm1asia is not responsible for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of unfavorable game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond rm1asia's control, such as internet outages, third-party server issues, or natural disasters.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these terms or the relevant promotional terms.

Under no circumstances shall rm1asia's maximum liability to any player exceed the net deposit amount made within the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the rm1asia platform will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.

If a resolution through negotiation is not reached within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in Malaysia in accordance with mutually agreed procedures. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
